Job Description :

Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements specific to the AEC industry, converting them into actionable project plans and technical specifications.

Lead project teams through the entire software development lifecycle, applying agile methodologies to manage project scope, timeline, and resources efficiently.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project hurdles and devise contingency plans.
Facilitate the integration of new software solutions within client operations, providing training and support as necessary.
Evaluate project outcomes, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement in our software development processes and product offerings.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience
Proven experience in business analysis and project management within the AEC software industry or related software development projects
Understanding of AEC software tools processes, challenges, and technology trends.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
