    The firmis strengthening its team by recruiting a Managing Associate withinthe IPR division on retainershipbasis.


    APatent Filing Managing Associate reports to a Partner.Stratjurisis Looking for people who are passionate about learning variousprocedures relating to Filing and Maintenance of Patent TrademarksDesigns and Copyrights.

    TheCandidate will be recruited on Probation for three months whereinhe/she will be Trained on Various Aspects of Patents and otherIntellectual Property Rights. Thereafter the Retainership may beconfirmed based on the performance during probationperiod.

    Broadoutline of responsibilities of the Retainer are as follows:

    1. Filingof Domestic Patent Trademark Copyright and Design Applicationsusing electronicmodule
    2. Filingof International Patent Trademark Copyright and Design Applicationsvia OverseasAssociates
    3. Understandingof International Filing Conventions like PCT Madrid Protocol HagueSystem.
    4. Complianceto various Procedures under the Patent Trademark Design andCopyrightLaws
    5. Maintenanceof electronic portal for Intellectual PropertyCases
    6. WritingArticles for various provisions under the IPLaws
    7. Draftingand Sending Communication memos to Overseas and DomesticClients
    8. Teamhandling & training tojuniors.


    Requirements

    Experience

    Candidatemay have 1 to 3 Years of relevant Experience in order qualify forInterview call for this position.

    Qualification

    TheCandidate should be a qualified Lawyer (LL.B) or should haveattained relevant experience in a Law Firm setup

    Location

    ThePosition requires the Candidate to operate out of Stratjuris officein Baner at Pune.

    Retainership

    Allrecruitment are on Retainership basis and there is noEmployerEmployee relationship. A fixed amount of Retainership feeis provided on a monthly basis after deducting Tax at Source @10%.

    WorkingHours and Leaves

    WorkingHours of the firm are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
