    Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager -Platform Specialist, STP (Source-to-Pay)
    As an Individual contributor, support the design and build of the end-to-end processes for the expense Management Source to Pay domain for the Core solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Experience in expense management process and terminology.

    • Building relationships with OpCo Procurement and Finance teams to create engagement, improve the design and transfer understanding of the solution to the ultimate user base.

    • Ensuring the designed solution is fit for purpose and effectively tested from a functional and user perspective.

    • Support implementation of Platform, especially in areas of GAP assessment, UAT cycles definition and execution and undertake tracking and monitoring the progress of implementation.

    • Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduation/ Masters

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Preferred experience/ exposure in any of the following tools or any other Expense Management tool.

     MobileXpense
     Rydoo
     Emburse Certify Expense
     G2 Deals
     Expensify
     Pleo
     Zoho Expense
     SAP Concur
     Webexpenses
     Circula


    • Strong domain knowledge on Source to Pay domain. Should have knowledge about Invoice Processing (including 3 Way Match) Payment Processing, Month end close and controls.

    • Functional Knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/HANA)

    • Strong in communication & stakeholder management and in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation.

    • Good organisational and planning skills.

    • Must be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and deadlines.

    • SOP creation and process standardization.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to work effectively with large datasets
