Description
Supporing in Global sourcing & Procurement, negotiations for Solvent & Industrial Chemicals.

  • Manage and monitor new enquiries and arrange quotations from suppliers
  • Prepare comparison data of quotation received and sharing with required sales team members
  • Develop new suppliers for required products such as Al. Foil, PET, BOPP, CPP, BOPA and Solvents
  • Preparation of Raw Material purchase orders for suppliers located globally
  • Dispatch Coordination for Export/Import orders with suppliers
  • Followup with finance team to establish LCs or as per payments terms well in time for all orders
  • Arranging all formalities required by suppliers to complete the transactions
  • Update, Maintain and Circulate RM related market information with identified stakeholders within stipulated time.
  • Prepare pre shipment and post shipment documents for merchant and consolidated exports.
  • Negotiation with Freight forwarders, Direct shipping lines & CHA for freight & Customs clearance of Shipments.
  • To perform any other duties within the scope of the position as directed.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement.
  • Good communication, negotiation, networking, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively, priorities tasks and achieve set targets
  • Knowledge of different Inco terms and import / exports purchase / domestic purchase process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
  • Travel for Business in different geographies for supplier's development, attending trade shows. Represent Organization at different Trade events, conferences, trade roundtables.

Education
  • Graduate or Economics/ Science / Commerce
  • Management education / Professional Certification of Procurement / supply chain would be an added advantage.

ii)

Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year hands on Experience working in Mfg./ trading organization handling solvent / Industrial Chemicals sourcing & supply chain.

iii)
Languages - Having Good English communication, negotiation, networking, interpersonal and influencing skills.


iv) Knowledge of Inco terms and import / exports purchase / domestic purchase procedures.


vi)
Communication - Suppliers / Transporter / CHA / Shipping lines.


Relevant Industry Experience - Food or Chemical Product Manufacturing / trading Exporting company in Chemicals, food industry.


Age Bracket - Between 28-35 Range


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
