    Description

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product-related tasks for our existing and upcoming e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer journeys, improving conversion rates, and leading the integration of new technological solutions and service providers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for e-commerce platforms such as and concept-n.com.
    • Analyze and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
    • Identify and implement innovative initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure product alignment with business goals.
    • Manage relationships with tech vendors and service providers, overseeing the onboarding and integration of new technologies and solutions.
    • Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and customer insights to inform product strategy and enhancements.
    • Identifying and evaluating new AI technologies and trends that could benefit the company, and determining how to incorporate them into the product portfolio.
    • Ensuring that products are tested and validated before release, and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
    • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
    • Providing technical guidance and expertise to the rest of the organization, and ensuring that all employees are properly trained on new technologies and products.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
    • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
    • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing strategies.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to negotiate and manage external partnerships.
    • Strong technical background and experience in software development, engineering, and product management.
    • Strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, and the ability to identify new opportunities for innovation.
    • Proven ability to create and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
    • Experience working with large-scale, complex software systems, and the ability to architect and design scalable and reliable technology solutions.
