- Collaborate with technology, product, and marketing leaders to understand departmental goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies to support their achievement.
- Drive 1 on 1 check ins internally
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and performance improvement to enhance departmental effectiveness and employee experience.
- Partner with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into their respective teams and the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular checkins with team members to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
- Be involved with the organizing committee for employee engagement, teambuilding activities, and recognition programs to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend updates to policies and practices as needed.
- Utilize HRIS and other systems to gather and analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insights to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting technologydriven organizations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software tools.
