    Role: Manager - Inside Sales

    Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid - 2 days / week)

    Experience Required: Years

    We are seeking a seasoned leader who understands inside sales, lead generation and qualification. He/she should be strategic and visionary for driving success for this growing team at Quantiphi.

    As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of entry-to-mid level inside sales reps, responsible for discovering, developing, and delivering qualified prospects to the sales team. Individual reps focus on driving sales campaigns, through both targeted calling and email outreach activities. Their main objective is to book meetings with target personas and secure sales discovery and demo meetings.

    You will train, coach, mentor, and motivate your team to help them generate new revenue opportunities and leads for our organization. You will be data obsessed and think about the ROI of every effort from your team. You will report on the success and challenges of the team based on data and input from key marketing and sales stakeholders.

    We are seeking a proven leader to direct the efforts that support Quantiphi's global sales initiatives, and support the GTM team with a steady inflow of funnel for them to be able to achieve targets. He/She should have experience in managing a team that delivers targets and quotas as well as a strong understanding of the project management and workflow attached with Inside Sales processes. Cross-functional experience is necessary as you will interface with multiple teams such as GTM/Marketing/Sales enablement/Sales Ops/. This role is a highly visible and strategic position within Quantiphi. The individual will be responsible for managing inside sales campaigns and initiatives across marketing, and partner teams.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Leading and managing the inside sales team. Driving activities for campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform and our B2B sales portal.
    • Comfortable directing a team with targets and quotas on a 30/60/90/365 days perspective and should have an excellent track record in helping your team achieve the numbers /targets.
    • Manage your team to leverage online sources of client outreach, including (but not limited to) email, ABM campaigns, online lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other creative initiatives with the end goal of landing new accounts and expanding existing ones..
    • Experience in running cadences/weekly sync ups with GTM teams and other stakeholders to be able to calibrate on performance and expectations.
    • Lead the effort to partner with marketing to ensure cohesion in prospect outreach and have visibility into all channel and vertical sales and marketing campaigns and efforts.
    • Train your team in email and telephonic communication to engage prospective clients.
    • Identify novel sources and means of reaching out to prospective clients.
    • Strategize, plan, delegate and execute sales campaigns in alignment with business goals
    • Lead communication with the sales and accounts teams to share relevant information regarding leads
    • Manage outreach with prospects and leads in the long-haul, and strategically reaching out them over the customer/lead lifetime
    • Leverage databases like Discover Org, sales navigator, and others to develop and prioritize connections and outreach strategy.

    Requirements:

    • Proven record of leading, training, mentoring, onboarding and driving an inside sales team in a B2B environment.
    • You must be an inspiring leader who can coach, mentor and empower your global inside sales team.
    • Assist in the hiring, training and onboarding of new inside sales team members.
    • You must be self-motivated and a driven but compassionate leader.
    • Outstanding content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills.
    • Superior understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing.
    • Superior skills in managing and reporting on KPIs for your inside sales team.
    • Good grasp of content creation surrounding outreach campaigns, sales pitch script, email communication.
    • Proven track record of working with and achieving targets regularly.
    • Previous experience (~5 years) in Inside Sales management is a must.
    • Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers and empathetic towards their needs.
    • Understand all aspects related to sales and marketing, specifically client-vendor relationships, lead management.
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results.
    • Expertise in the use of G suite tools to report on progress.
    • Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute campaigns and activities.
