    Description

    Position: Digital Product Manager

    Location: Mumbai, India

    Experience: 2 to 10 years in Digital Product Management

    Education: BE/B Tech or MBA from Tier 1 College

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the product lifecycle management for digital products and customer experience solutions.

    Work with design, platform, and operations, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

    Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive innovation and leverage their expertise.

    Ensure that products and services are designed with a customer-first approach in collaboration with other Product Managers and business teams.

    Provide Agile project management support, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, user flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product improvement.

    Contribute to the development of product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs.

    Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

    Collaborate with senior leadership to establish product strategy and roadmap, advocating for resources and investment as needed.

    8 to 10 years of experience in Digital Product Management.

    Strong educational background with a BE/B Tech or MBA from a Tier 1 College.

    Proven track record of successfully leading digital product lifecycle management.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and customer-centricity.

    Proficiency in creating user stories, user flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

    Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
