    You will be working as Technical Product Manager at global grade 12 and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D/Technology Manager and will be responsible for specific product or system or their components. Acting as the primary contact in Research and Development (R&D) for (market-facing) Product Management and other external stakeholders like engineering and supports them on product-related issues. Driving technical direction of development (e.g., acts as product owner in an agile team) or organizes product maintenance.

    Your responsibilities

    • Concept developing and requirement managing, collaborating with NGT Batch, NG IOM R&D (research and development) teams
    • Technical presentation and marcom, pilot project management, stakeholder and control for the research projects
    • Contributing in the R&D as required, product roadmap (jointly with PM), competitor analysis (jointly with PM)
    • Customer requirement analysis (jointly with PM), R&D plan and R&D project management (jointly with R&D project manager), Scrum, product backlog, sprint plan, resource plan (jointly with PM)
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences

    Your background

    • Batchelor's or Masters degree in engineering
    • 10 -17 years of experience in Batch Domain e.g. 800xA Batch mgmt., MES system, Software development
    • Familiar with industry regulations and standards, e.g. ISA88 (Batch) and ISA95 (MES)
    • Having experience in database engineering and design, SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers
    • Good experience in programming – WebApi, Windows Services, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework
