We are looking to hire a suitable candidate with relevant Compensation and Benefits experience
Role Summary
The role will be responsible for managing compensation lifecycle and benefits for all CRISIL entities and locations. This includes partnering with businesses, key corporate function stakeholders and business HR partners. Build and communicate an effective Total Rewards Strategy that enables retention and attraction of talent.
Role Details
Compensation
Manage the compensation cycle (pay increase and variable pay)
Design simulations based on industry insights, organization budgets and key employee retention drivers
Liaise with business for inputs and finalization of individual merit increase and bonus across businesses.
Devise merit and bonus grids based on various simulations across all geographies
Ensuring communication of the compensation strategies to various stakeholders
Disbursement of online annual increment and variable pay letters
Responsible for driving the LTIP agenda
Formulation of LTIP Plans
Payout of LTIP each year as per plan guidelines
Compensation Benchmarking
Evaluate relevant partners across geography for compensation benchmarking
Liaise with business and key stakeholders during the annual process to gather necessary information, partner with the vendor to get meaningful insights and reports, sharing key information with business for making informed decisions
Sharing quarterly industry insights with business
HRMS
Past experience in implementation of HRMS modules, experience in Compensation Module implementation and management preferred
Payroll and Statutory requirements
Ensuring monthly inputs for Payroll. Liaise with external partners and Payroll team for ensuring accurate processing of monthly salaries
Ensure all statutory requirements are complied with, thereby providing relevant data on a periodic basis to auditors, relevant stakeholders
Compensation Analytics
Creating periodic dashboards and presentations as required for informed decisions
Track market intelligence/trends, conducting in-depth analysis to generate trends and generate insights on ongoing basis
Benefits
Evaluating and benchmarking benefits regularly to verify the relevance and need of the organization
communication of available benefits to employees, encourage utilisation
of Benefits across multiple geographies preferred
Essential Qualification
Professionally qualified (MBA / PGDBA – HR/General management )
Experience
Min 7+ years' experience
Prior experience in compensation role is essential.
Experience in working with leaders / cross functional teams / multiple stakeholders
Skills
Strong Business Communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders by objectively presenting challenging views
Analytical Prowess, expertise in advanced data analytics through Excel
Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity and empathy
Team Player with the ability to network collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to understand cross - cultural sensitivity and manage global interactions.
