  • Must be Graduate with minimum 2 years of security management experience.
  • In depth knowledge and experience of working as Physical security & Fire Safety expert and implementing company policies.
  • Handling large 3rd party security team of 100+ security personnel's.
  • Experience of preparing Security Budgets.
  • Experience and ability to deliver Strong leadership in respect of incident and crisis managements.
  • Knowledge of integrated security system, access control video surveillance, and other related systems and equipment.
  • Position requires being on available on 24*7 for security emergencies & incidents.
  • Experience providing security risk/ threat assessments at the strategic and tactical level, demonstrating critical thinking and exceptional judgment in information analysis through analytical skills and problem-solving.
  • Experience with third party contacts and statements of work related to physical security.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of security systems and processes & experience in security & fire safety audits of existing offices.
  • Experience of running security programs & leading teams in multiple locations.
  • Ensures customer and management satisfaction with the program by ensuring adequate services are delivered at the best value for the company. All externally driven statutory compliance requirements are met.
  • Confirmed capabilities, in security management, with a deep understanding and or experience in the areas of operations, women security during transportation, investigations, security systems, fire safety systems & crisis management.
  • Commitment to interpersonal excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes / quality of results through Innovative and out of box thinking approach thereby bring in efficiency & cost effectiveness.
  • ISMS Investigations skills Certification, , ISO 27001 Implementer will be added advantage.
