    JOB SUMMARY

    Data Security specialist with experience in data security technologies such as Classification, DLP, DRM along with exposure to implementation of data privacy and security frameworks. A continuous learner who is self-driven, team player and zeal to bring security transformation by reducing the exposure surface.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy and security policies, procedures, and controls

    2. Monitor, measure and ensure governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)

    3. Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business

    4. Conduct thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy

    5. Ensure Information Security due diligence is followed during on-boarding of a vendor

    6. Conduct audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations

    7. Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness

    8. Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools

    9. Provide guidance and training to employees on data privacy and security matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance

    Desired Qualification and experience

    • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Information management and security (pref. B. Tech/ M.Tech/ MS)
    • Proven experience as a Data Privacy and Security Manager or in a similar role.
    • 4+ years of experience in managing data security & privacy practices and technologies such as DLP, DRM, Masking, Tokenization and data classification.
    • In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws and framework is preferred.
    • Preferred certifications CISSP, CIPP-IT, DSCI certified privacy professional, DLP Architect
    • Strong Communication skills
