Description

Design and maintain business continuity plans that ensure the organization's ability to continue operations during and after a cyber incident.
Develop and integrate cyber resilience strategies into business continuity planning, focusing on preventing, responding to, and recovering from cyber attacks.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats to business operations and information security. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems and data, ensuring rapid recovery from cyber incidents.
Lead training programs for employees on business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience best practices. Prepare staff for roles in response and recovery efforts.
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to develop and refine incident response plans that minimize the impact of cyber attacks on business operations.
Plan and conduct regular tests and exercises of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT, and external partners, to ensure alignment and compliance with business continuity and cyber resilience objectives.
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience efforts.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in business continuity and cyber resilience. Continuously refine and update plans and strategies based on lessons learned and changing business needs.
