    Description

    Department:

    Influencer Management

    Required:

    • 3 years experience in Influencer Marketing
    • Strong command over written and spoken English
    • Ability to create good presentations / decks

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for interacting with the internal team, understanding briefs, influencer campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation and discuss solutions to pitch more influencer plans
    • Thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for briefs under your purview
    • Proactively pitching and strategizing on monthly influencer plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief
    • Effective and timely implementation of influencer plans
    • Setting timelines for briefs basis the brand priorities and managing solutions/client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities
    • Reporting of the influencer activity performance
    • Managing and supervising the Influencer Strategists executing the projects/campaigns/activities that might be required as per the brief
    • Ensuring quality checks are done and error-free work is sent to the required teams
    • Planning and aiding in implementation of influencer strategies/plans on brands, by driving business value for the same
    • Develop a rapport with new influencers/bloggers as well as maintain relations with the existing influencers/bloggers.
    • Negotiating with influencers/talent agencies to ensure we get the best rates
