    JobDescription:

    We are currentlyseeking a detailoriented and experienced Accounts Managerto
    oversee our financial operations in Navi Mumbai. Theideal candidate will be responsible
    for managing allaspects of the accounting department including financialreporting
    budgeting payroll and accountspayable/receivable. They will analyze financialdata
    prepare statements and provide strategicrecommendations to senior management.
    The AccountsManager will ensure compliance with financial regulations liaisewith
    external auditors and implement efficient processesto improve financialperformance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Managedaily operations of the accountingdepartment.
    • Prepare and analyze financialstatements reports and forecasts.
    • Develop andimplement accounting policies andprocedures.
    • Monitor and analyze accounting datato identify trends and discrepancies.
    • Ensurecompliance with financial regulations andstandards.
    • Prepare and review budgets andfinancial forecasts.
    • Manage payroll accountspayable and accounts receivablefunctions.
    • Coordinate with external auditorsand tax consultants.
    • Provide financial insightsand recommendations to seniormanagement.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodatefinancial records.
    • Supervise and trainaccounting staff asnecessary.
