    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our EdTech products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the education technology sector, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth targets and increase market share in the EdTech sector.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies.
    • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Performance Metrics: Set, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
    • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest EdTech trends and innovations to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.


    RequirementsQualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the EdTech or related industry.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
      • Proficiency in B2B sales
    • Attributes:
      • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
      • Innovative thinker with the ability to drive change and improve sales processes.
      • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
