- Identify and target big ticket clients within the fund management sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate relationships with HNIs to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
- Proven track record of success in fund management sales, with a focus on onboarding big ticket clients.
- Extensive experience working with High Net Worth Individuals and understanding their investment preferences.
- Strong knowledge of peer-to-peer lending or alternative investment products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
