We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to foster and manage CXO-level relationships. As an individual contributor, play a pivotal role in driving business growth.Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI market, focusing on strategic accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at the CXO level.
Lead pricing negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Bring together internal and external stakeholders and partners to close a license sale if needed in the context of a solution sale.
Propose innovative solutions to business situations and act ahead to create more opportunities for the growth of the business.Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with the right mix of logo acquisition, ARR, ACV (Annual contract value), and length of contract.
Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts.Regularly report on sales performance, providing accurate forecasting for budget planning.
