    Job Description:
    Sr.

    Account Specialist at Ken Research, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales operations while leading a team of approximately six individuals.

    Operating within the dynamic field of market research and consulting, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, crafting compelling value propositions, and guiding clients through their journey with our firm.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand client needs thoroughly and effectively communicate our value proposition.
    • Lead the team in pitching our services and guiding clients through their journey with Ken Research.
    • Utilize CRM tools such as FreshSales and HubSpot to manage client interactions and track progress.
    • Prepare meticulously for initial client meetings, ensuring a methodical approach.
    • Gather and analyze client information during initial calls, utilizing the BANT framework.
    • Summarize meeting discussions and follow up with clear action items for next steps.
    • Develop comprehensive scopes and Table of Contents (TOC) tailored to client requirements, clearly outlining research objectives, timelines, methodologies, and sample sizes.
    • Create highquality capability decks and educational content, including white papers, newsletters, and social media articles.
    • Understand the intent and objectives behind collateral creation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
    • Nurture existing client relationships and generate repeat business through proactive engagement and exceptional service Prior experience in market research or B2B sales is essential.
    • Strong understanding of client needs, value proposition pitching, and client journey articulation.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly FreshSales and HubSpot.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

    Location preference:
    Gurgaon.
