    Job Title :
    Regional Manager - International Marketing/ International Healthcare Services

    JOB PURPOSE :


    Business Development for international department from West Africa, Southern Africa and Francophone regions // Developing New Business opportunities/ Markets for West Africa, Southern Africa and Francophone regions // Managing Existing Business Markets and Achievement for Group Target from West Africa, Southern Africa and Francophone regions.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- ATL and BTL promotion in respective regions

    • Organizing Overseas OPD's, CMEs, Webinar and virtual CME
    • Coordination with Governments, Corporates and Healthcare facilitators
    • Exploring new opportunities followed by tie up with Govt, Corporates, Insurance and Health care facilitators
    • Expand the network of Healthcare Facilitators, Insurance Companies, Government accounts and and NGO's to develop good relations leading to higher yields.
    • Closely Run with Digital Marketing team for online Campaign internationally
    • Closely work with Digital Marketing to increase brand penetration in the respective regions
    • Exploring new geographies
    • To Monitor Credit Collection from Insurance, Govt and Corporates
    • Marinating a cordial relation with overseas and foreign embassies
    • Services to deliver marketing collaterals required for various promotional programs.
    • Regular Visits to all the healthcare facilitators, doctors, Government, insurance and corporates in respective region
    • Coordination with branding team for videos, collaterals and website maintenance
    • Providing Tele medicine and other electronic media facilities to patients to communicate to respective consultants.
    • Successfully Implement the Business Revenue Model to Enhance Operational Efficiency.

    CUSTOMER RELATIONS :


    • To be knowledgeable of travel protocols of all the countries.
    • To understand the geographies of the all the countries
    • To understand the disease pattern, mode of living and economic condition of the respective region
    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :


    • To be Quality & communication skills
    • To possess basic computer skills: Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
    • To be familiar with data entry systems
    • To possess the aptitude & ability to learn new information systems and software programs
    • To have full product knowledge of the COE and general clinical knowledge.
    • Team Handling and People Manager.
    Experience :


    • EXPERIENCE 5 years in BPO in Healthcare and 10 years in International Marketing BD.
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales, business development, or a related field within the healthcare industry.

    • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and expanding market presence internationally.
    • Experience in managing and leading sales teams.

    DIRECT REPORTEES - Overseas Consultants

    INDIRECT REPORTEES - Assistant International Operation Team and Enquiries

    EDUCATION :
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
