Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within a designated region, with a focus on our Networking Products line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong customer relationships, particularly in the Networking Products sector. This role will play a key part in achieving the company's sales objectives and expanding our market presence within the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for Networking Products to meet or exceed regional sales targets. Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion within the Networking Products segment. Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the Networking Products sector.
