    Description

    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will partner with strategy, functional, technical, and UX experts to architect, design, and lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations that address the key needs of HR organizations and their workforces. Design, Development, and Implementation of the HR Service Delivery module including, Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Machine Learning, HR Workspace, and AI search. Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications. Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.

    -4+ years ServiceNow development; HRSD Module (Case and Knowledge management) experience required.

    -4+ years of experience in software development using a modern programming language such as C#, HTML, CSS, Angular Framework, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Python and/or Java.

    -2+ years of experience working in scoped app development, working in service portals, widget creation, configuring and customizing HR life cycle events, creating custom reports.

    Program/Project Overview

    Migrate from NAVEX to ServiceNow for all Employee Related case management cases. Redesign of dynamic topic pages . Amaze app purchased, configured and enabled and ready to use by center of excellence (COE). Content and knowledge governance enabled within the system for automation

    Engagement Deliverable(s)

    Improve new hire experience by delivering a platform with a personalized experience based on their location, where they are in their journey, and drive tasks at critical times during their onboarding journey.
