    Description

    Job Description

     Must be capable of deploying reporting related ideations as

    quantifiable data reports in a timely manner.

     Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

     Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

     Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and

    timely manner.

     Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and

    easy system maintenance.

     Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve

    reporting efficiency and consistency.

     Provide support and maintenance to existing management

    information systems (MIS).

    Skillset:

     Must possess necessary communication skills to interact, ideate

    and close task items in a timely manner with various stake holders.

     Resource must be proficient in managing and analyzing huge

    datasets through Excel thoroughly which includes its advanced

    functions of querying and inferring from multiple datasets.

    Knowledge on other similar upgraded platforms would be an added

    advantage.

     Must be capable in automating reports to the maximum extent

    possible through VB scripts or other upgraded platforms. Knowledge

    on automation platforms such as UIpath/Automation, Anywhere/Blue

    Prism/AI Tools or others would be an added advantage.

     Ability to Learn Internal Tools.

     Must be able to prepare SOP for all in scope activities.

    Note: Macros is mandatory for this position.
