    Position Overview :
    We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Vice President - Finance.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within the pharmaceutical industry, a thorough understanding of SAP operations for accounting, and the ability to drive financial strategy to support our business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:1.


    Financial Leadership:

    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support decision-making and business growth.
    • Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.2.

    SAP Operations:

    • Possess an in-depth knowledge of SAP operations for accounting, ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize and enhance SAP functionalities related to finance.3.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
    • Implement and monitor robust risk management strategies.4.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development for team members.5.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
    • Implement and maintain effective financial controls.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


    CA/MBA preferred.- Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.- Strong knowledge of SAP operations for accounting.- Demonstrated success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support.


    Other Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Preferred if the applicant has experience in Pharmaceuticals
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
