    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to oversee the B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for -

    Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.

    Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets.

    Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

    Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

    Build strong relationships with customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and support.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Monitor and manage team performance, identifying and addressing issues that may impact sales productivity.

    Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Manage the sales team's budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

    Excellent perk of bonus & fast growth

    Minimum 3+ years of B2C Sr. Sales Manager Experience is must.
