Position:
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Strategising the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.
Reaching out to present clientele and generating new leads and clients in your region.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
Prior Education Sales Experience not mandatory.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 3years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building abilities.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Prior experience in the [industry/sector] or in selling educational programs is a plus.
