    Job Description

    Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in delivering high-quality software using Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

    Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, ensuring that the events are effective and focused.

    Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring that the team is delivering the highest value features to the customer.

    Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, proactively addressing issues to ensure the team can meet its commitments and deliverables.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and quality.

    Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and creating a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

    Required Technical Competencies


    Agile Principles and Practices:
    Has in-depth knowledge and experience of Agile principles and practices.

    Able to teach, mentor, and coach others on Agile and its applications in Scrum.


    Scrum Framework:
    Have good understanding of the scrum framework.


    Able to apply the Scrum framework in real-life projects, and facilitate Scrum events effectively, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


    Facilitation:
    Good understanding of facilitation principles and techniques.

    Can effectively facilitate small-medium size group discussions, encourage participation, and promoting collaboration and engagement among team members.

    Has experience of project process definition, conducting facilitations for the projects and sharing the reports.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Has good knowledge of continuous improvement concepts.


    Able to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes effectively, such as by conducting retrospectives, analyzing data, and experimenting with new practices and tools.


    Project Management:
    Create and maintain project timelines.
    Identify and manage risks.
    Monitor progress against project goals.
    Responsible for talent management and resourcing
    Team conflict management
    Project reporting weekly and monthly reporting
