About the role:
As a Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of business development representatives within our e-commerce business as we advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will include driving revenue growth, building solid relationships and encouraging colleague career development.

• Consistently exceeding new business targets.
• Coaching your team and building a large prospect pipeline.
• Participate in the sales process as a senior voice of Worldpay from FIS.
• Working collaboratively across functions and building your business development team.
What you will need:
• An in-depth knowledge of FIS products and a general knowledge of financial solutions technology.
• The ability to communicate with all three levels of management.
• Experience leading enterprise-level sales teams.
