    As part of Amazon Ads marketing team, this role will will allow you to build a deep understanding of digital advertising and build on functional data analytics and marketing skills, while creating impact in a high growth environment.

    You will partner closely with the broader marketing team and other stakeholders across a range of projects. This position is based at the Amazon India headquarters in Bangalore.
    Key job responsibilities

    • Support marketing team with data requirements, setting up processes, automating reports and creating dashboards for tracking initiatives, business health.
    • Responsible for formulating and testing hypotheses, leveraging primary data to build custom insights and dashboards which help our internal teams and shape the positioning of various Amazon Ads offerings
    • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to gather & analyze information which is accurate, sufficient and relevant for basic research areas

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of program or project management experience
    • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
    • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
    • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    • Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
    • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
    • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
