SalesLeadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensivesales strategy that ensures the achievement of revenue targets.
Lead the sales team in identifying nurturing and closing deals withadvertisers agencies and directclients.
Market Expansion:
Identify and penetrate new markets while enhancing presence inexisting markets. Leverage industry trends competitive insights andcustomer feedback to adapt sales strategies andofferings.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; Master sdegree preferred.Minimum of 5years experience in sales within the digital advertising industrywith at least 2 years in a managerialrole.
Indepth knowledge of DSPsprogrammatic advertising and digital marketingstrategies.
Strong analyticalskills to interpret market data and salesmetrics.
Excellent communicationand presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade atall levels.
Proven track recordof achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitivemarket.
Ability to lead andinspire a team toward achieving salesexcellence.
Willingness to travelas needed to meet clients and attend industryevents.
