    We are seeking anexperienced Senior Sales Manager to join our innovative team atVertoz a leading DemandSide Platform (DSP) in the digitaladvertising sector.

    This role is pivotal in driving our salesinitiatives expanding our market presence and securing our positionas the goto DSP for scalable efficient advertising solutions.

    Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in digitaladvertising sales deep knowledge of programmatic buying and apassion for technologydriven marketingsolutions.

    Whatyou will do:


    SalesLeadership & Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensivesales strategy that ensures the achievement of revenue targets.
    Lead the sales team in identifying nurturing and closing deals withadvertisers agencies and directclients.

    Market Expansion:
    Identify and penetrate new markets while enhancing presence inexisting markets. Leverage industry trends competitive insights andcustomer feedback to adapt sales strategies andofferings.

    Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
    Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored DSPsolutions that meet their goals andbudget.

    Collaboration &Coordination:

    Work closely with the product marketing and accountmanagement teams to ensure cohesive efforts in product developmentmarketing campaigns and clientsupport.


    Performance Tracking:
    Monitor sales performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed tomeet or exceed targets. Provide regular reports to seniormanagement on sales progress andchallenges.

    Team Development:
    Mentor and develop the sales team fostering an environment ofcontinuous improvement and excellence. Encourage knowledge sharingand professional growth within theteam.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; Master sdegree preferred.
    Minimum of 5years experience in sales within the digital advertising industrywith at least 2 years in a managerialrole.
    Indepth knowledge of DSPsprogrammatic advertising and digital marketingstrategies.
    Strong analyticalskills to interpret market data and salesmetrics.
    Excellent communicationand presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade atall levels.
    Proven track recordof achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitivemarket.
    Ability to lead andinspire a team toward achieving salesexcellence.
    Willingness to travelas needed to meet clients and attend industryevents.

    Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master s degreepreferred.
