    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions.

    This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.

    Responsibilities

    • Proficient in writing standard operating procedures for new processes and procedure documents.
    • Working with internal teams to obtain an in depth understanding of the processes and the content requirements.
    • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details Analyze the contents and making changes as and when required.
    • Communicate and cooperate with all the teams to meet the deadlines. Ensure, and create as needed, writing processes, practices, and operations to ensure reproducible content and high quality."
    Qualifications

    • B.Tech/ BE, MCA, ME/ Mtech.
    • Experience required 4 yrs to 7 yrs
    • Work from office role from Day
    • Looking for Immediate to Max 45 Days joiners for this role.
    • Must have experience in Banking domain.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to understand highly technical information
