    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Architect and implement robust IAM solutions that support the organization's security policies and business objectives. This includes single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).

    Develop and maintain the IAM roadmap, aligning IAM strategies with business goals and emerging security threats.

    Define and implement access control policies and procedures, including identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and segregation of duties.

    Integrate IAM solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications. Automate identity and access management processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

    Ensure IAM systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Participate in audits and remediate any identified compliance issues.

    Work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to understand access needs, resolve security issues, and ensure that IAM solutions meet user requirements.

    Participate in security incident response activities, including investigating and mitigating issues related to identity and access management.

    Monitor the effectiveness of IAM controls and processes, making recommendations for improvements based on emerging technologies, security trends, and business needs.

    Qualification and Work Experience

    Qualification: BE / BTech /

    Work experience: 10-14 year

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
    • Experience with cloud identity services (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity).
    • Knowledge of IT security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO
    • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
