    Responsibility:


    ROLE STATEMENT

    Team leader – Inside sales is responsible for hiring, leading, developing and supervising inside sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Supervise and lead a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.

    2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.

    3. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional development and growth.

    5. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service team, channel / distribution team to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

    6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high performance.

    7. Provide training and development support to Inside sales representatives about TE products, application and selling skills. Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and improve performance.

    8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

    9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

    10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and trends for management review.

    Desired Candidate profile:


    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree / B.E / B-Tech / MBA preferred.

    CRITICAL EXPERIENCE


    • Minimum 5 yrs. experience in inside sales or sales management.

    • Minimum 3 yrs. experience as a team leader
