- Experience with Messagepoint / GMC, Crawford ProDesigner, Indellient / Blue Relay preferred.
- Experience in Smart communication tools – CTO (Composition Tool Operations) required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services, is helpful.
- Knowledge of PCs, Internet, Windows, and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio
- Ability to lead a project.
- Knowledge of Express Scripts' systems and platforms
- Strong data management and technical skills
- Highly organised, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
