    Overview:

    The BusinessDevelopment Sales role is pivotal to the organizations growth andsuccess. The individual in this position will be responsible foridentifying sales leads pitching the courses to new clients andmaintaining a good working relationship with them. The roleinvolves proactive business development creating and implementingeffective sales strategies and working closely with the marketingteam to generate new opportunities.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Identify andgenerate new business opportunities and markettrends
    • Build and maintain strategicpartnerships with key clients andstakeholders
    • Pitch products and/or services topotential clients and secure newbusiness
    • Develop and implement sales strategiesto achieve organizational objectives
    • Conductmarket research and competitor analysis to identify trends andopportunities
    • Prepare sales proposals contractsand presentations for potentialclients
    • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop lead generation campaigns
    • Participatein networking events and conferences to promote the companysproducts/services
    • Provide regular reports onsales activities and progress tomanagement
    • Negotiate and close deals with newclients
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline ofpotential leads and clients
    • Ensure customersatisfaction and maintain strong clientrelationships
    • Stay updated with industry trendsand market opportunities
    • Meet and exceed salestargets and goals
    • Travel to meet clients andattend industry events asrequired

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Sales or relatedfield
    • Proven track record in sales or businessdevelopment roles
    • Strong negotiation andclosing skills
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
    • Solid understanding ofsales and marketing principles
    • Ability tothrive in a targetdriven and fastpacedenvironment
    • Experience in using CRM softwareand sales management tools
    • Ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships
    • Timemanagement and organizational skills
    • Proactiveand selfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach
    • Problemsolving and critical thinkingabilities
    • Flexibility to travel and workoutside regular office hours
    • Knowledge ofindustry trends and market insights
    • Ability towork collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams
