- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our Account Managers to engage with interested prospects.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with Account Managers to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the objective of setting quality meetings.
- Own the Targets : Keep a close track on targets with a goal to hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance.
- Customer Engagement : Keep the customer at the forefront of everything you do, building connections and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You're a fit for the role of Sales Development Representative if you are/have:
•Proficient in English
•3 or more years within SDR or B2B inside sales
•Proven track record of exceeding against quota and/or other performance metrics and working cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives and targets.
•Demonstrable "hunter" sales mentality - using sales enablement tools
•Proficient with Microsoft Office, sales automation, and CRM (Salesforce)
•Tenacious: You are determined to succeed, and you are motivated by the success of customers, team members and the wider organization.

•Conscientious: You keep your promises, taking your commitments to others seriously, and you have strong integrity.
