- Implement and develop HR strategies, policies and programs that enable the organization to attract, retain and develop the required talent pool.
- Recruit and hire top talent for the organization by leveraging multiple sources.
- Manage employee relations by responding to employee questions, conducting investigations, and resolving concerns.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning activities.
- Develop and maintain employee performance review process and assist with succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain personnel records, ensuring that all payroll and benefits information is up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain employee training programs, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Partner with managers to design and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR management experience in a software or technology company.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple states and regions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and human resources best practices.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
