    Role Description

    Are you ready to take on an exciting full-time role as an E-learning Developer at Skillzcafe in Gurugram? As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in crafting and enhancing e-learning content, instructional design, learning management, and training initiatives. This on-site position in Gurugram entails overseeing the entire lifecycle of creating SCORM packages, from initial needs assessment to course design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This role encompasses:

    • Performing in-depth needs analyses: Identify client training objectives and knowledge gaps while prioritizing SCORM compatibility and delivery.
    • Designing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules: Develop course outlines, storyboards, and scripts adhering to SCORM standards for seamless integration with client LMS platforms.
    • Mastering SCORM authoring tools: Utilize advanced features of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate to produce interactive modules meeting SCORM criteria.
    • Crafting engaging and interactive SCORM content: Incorporate multimedia elements like simulations, quizzes, and gamification in SCORM packages to enhance interactivity and track learning progress effectively.
    • Overseeing SCORM package production and integration: Manage the development process, ensuring graphic design, audio/video integration, and quality assurance while conducting compatibility tests for seamless incorporation into client LMS platforms.
    • Evaluating and incorporating feedback: Conduct reviews to gather internal and client feedback on SCORM package functionality and learning outcomes, refining content for optimal performance within the SCORM environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an E-learning Developer or Instructional Designer with a strong focus on SCORM development.
    • Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering SCORM-compliant eLearning content for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of SCORM functionalities and implementation.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
    • Effective project management abilities to handle multiple SCORM development projects concurrently while meeting project deadlines.
    • Innovative and creative approach to content development, integrating engaging multimedia elements within SCORM packages.
    • Willingness to adapt and learn about emerging technologies and trends in the eLearning sector, especially those related to SCORM advancements.

    Bonus Points:

    • Prior experience with diverse SCORM versions and LMS platforms.
    • Expertise in SCORM reporting and tracking mechanisms.
    • Hands-on experience in developing SCORM simulations or branching scenarios.
