    Description
    Head - Learning & Development

    Strategy Development:


    • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the overall goals of the sales division.
    • Identify training needs through analysis, surveys, and performance metrics.
    Program Design and Implementation:


    • Design and develop innovative training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership development.
    • Implement training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as elearning, workshops, and simulations.
    Performance Management:


    • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes and adjust improve effectiveness.
    • Work closely with sales managers to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
    Leadership and Team Management:


    • Lead and manage the L&D team within the sales division.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to L&D staff to ensure continuous professional growth.
    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:


    • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions.
    • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure consistency and integration of training initiatives.
    Budget Management:


    • Develop and manage the L&D budget for the sales division.
    • Ensure costeffective delivery of training programs while maintaining high quality.
    Innovation and Best Practices:


    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.
    • Integrate new technologies and methodologies into training programs to enhance learning experiences.
    Key Skills:


    • Proven experience in a learning and development leadership role, within a sales environment.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with elearning platforms and modern instructional design techniques.
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
    Working Conditions:


    • This position may require occasional travel to various sales offices and training locations.
    • The role involves a combination of officebased work and interaction with the sales team in the field.
