    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.


    Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of various product platforms.


    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
    • Identify, document, and track application/platform defects.
    • Participate in Agile development processes, including daily standup meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
    • Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.

    Requirements :
    Proven experience of 5+ years in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications.

    • Handson experience with communication applications in lowbandwidth environments, with a demonstrated ability to test and identify edge cases.
    • Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test scripts and reports using Appium, Selenium, and other relevant automation tools.
    • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
