    Job Description

    We seek a QA/QC Associate with a solid understanding of modern web-based technologies, cross-browser experience on multiple platforms and a superior eye for detail. The role will require an independent, proactive attitude in order to conceive and refine creative solutions that satisfy the demands of world-class clients and meet evolving business needs.

    You will work with a highly experienced team of developers, helping to build testing processes to lead our company through an exciting period of growth. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is located in our Bangalore, KA office.

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best in class email quality by implementing rigorous QA practices
  • Possess stellar problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • Solid Enterprise-grade ESP experience, preferably in a B2C industry
  • Executing and/or testing sophisticated campaign tactics
  • Dynamic content/personalization to optimize email campaign performance. \
  • Understanding of technical web design skills such as HTML, CSS
  • Managing multiple projects for varied stakeholders simultaneously, in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Coordinate with QA/QC lead/team time to time to improve process, issue management and mentoring

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital/Email Marketing
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in area of specialty and/or experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience in Manual/Automated Testing
  • Detailed understanding of HTML, CSS
  • Enterprise-grade ESP experience
  • Knowledge of various tools used in Email Marketing and Campaign Build Process
  • Understanding of Email Life Cycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet quality objectives
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
  • Good interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretion
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude even under pressure
