    Job Description

    We are in need of a QA/QC Associate with expertise in modern web-based technologies, diverse cross-browser experience, and a keen eye for detail. This role demands an independent, proactive approach to generate and enhance creative solutions that meet the needs of top-tier clients and evolving business requirements.

    You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of developers to establish testing procedures that will guide our company through an exciting growth phase. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are part of the deal. The position is based in our Bangalore, KA office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure superior email quality through the implementation of robust QA practices
    • Showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for algorithmic thinking
    • Possess solid Enterprise-grade ESP experience, preferably in a B2C setting
    • Execute and/or evaluate advanced campaign strategies
    • Utilize dynamic content/personalization to boost email campaign performance
    • Apply technical web design skills like HTML, CSS
    • Handle multiple projects for various stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
    • Collaborate with QA/QC lead/team regularly to enhance processes, issue management, and mentorship
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital/Email Marketing
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in Manual/Automated Testing
    • In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS
    • Experience with Enterprise-grade ESP
    • Familiarity with various tools used in Email Marketing and Campaign Building
    • Understanding of Email Life Cycle
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
    • Capacity to work independently, handle multiple tasks effectively, and achieve quality objectives
    • Proven track record of effective communication (oral, written, and via email)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills focused on teamwork, respect, tact, and discretion
    • Maintain a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations
    • Keen attention to detail
