    Job Overview :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team.

    The QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Retail Management System (RMS) through comprehensive testing and analysis.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of the Retail Management System.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug tracking systems.
    • Collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
    • Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and system updates to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
    • Perform compatibility testing across different platforms, browsers, and devices to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
    • Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to ensure testability and identify potential areas of improvement.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide timely and accurate status reports on testing progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders.


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst or similar role, preferably in the retail industry or related software development.
    • Strong understanding & Experience of Oracle Retail (RMS, SIH, POS, RPH, RESA, REIM).
    • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
    • Solid knowledge of RMSW Functional area.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong knowledge of web services or in cloud.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Prior experience with Manual/Functional/Automation tester.Preferred


    Qualifications :

    • Experience testing Retail Management Systems or similar enterprise software solutions.
    • Knowledge QA Oracle Retail.
    • ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus.
