    We are a leading Executive Search and Recruiting agency. We are looking for Manager Recruitment – Manufacturing Vertical to join our team. As an Manger you will be responsible for helping our clients hire the best candidates for their open positions.

    Key responsibilities

    Partnering with clients to get a clear understanding of their hiring needs.

    Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs

    · Develop and implement strategies based on client needs to find the right candidates for the open roles.

    · Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

    · Build long-term client relationships.

    · Research and develop recruiting leads.

    · Generating revenue as per plan.

    · Hiring and mentor team members.

    Experience and Education

    · Any graduate with 6+ years of experience in recruiting.

    · Deep understanding and exposure to hiring across various Manufacturing sectors.

    · Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.

    · Good knowledge of the various candidate sourcing channels.

    · Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

    · Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

    · Ability to motivate and manage team members.
