    We are a leadingExecutive Search and Recruiting agency. We are looking forManager Recruitment ManufacturingVertical to join our team. As an Mangeryou will be responsible for helping our clients hire the bestcandidates for their open positions.

    Keyresponsibilities

    Partnering with clients to get a clearunderstanding of their hiring needs.

    Communicate with clients to determine theirhiring needs

    Developand implement strategies based on client needs to find the rightcandidates for the open roles.

    Identify prospective candidates using avariety of channels.

    Build longterm client relationships.

    Research and develop recruitingleads.

    Generatingrevenue as per plan.

    Hiring and mentor team members.

    Experience andEducation

    Any graduate with 6years of experience in recruiting.

    Deep understanding and exposure to hiringacross various Manufacturing sectors.

    Excellent understanding of recruitmentprocesses.

    Goodknowledge of the various candidate sourcingchannels.

    Criticalthinker and problemsolving skills.

    Good interpersonal presentation andcommunication skills.

    Ability to motivate and manage team members.
