    Description

    JobDescription:As aCampus Recruiter (Intern) you will play a crucial role inidentifying attracting and engaging top talent from universities tomeet the hiring needs of our clients. You will have the opportunityto gain handson experience in fullcycle recruiting and developvaluable skills in talent acquisition and relationshipmanagement.

    Responsibilities:1.

    Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    Utilize various channels including placement weeks campus eventsand online platforms to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identifyqualified candidates based on client requirements.

    Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain relationships withstudents career services offices and campus organizations topromote our clients job opportunities. Conduct informational sessions workshops and networking events toengage with potential candidates and provide insights into careeropportunities.

    Interview Coordination and Evaluation:
    Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth andefficient process. Collect feedback fromcandidates and clients to evaluate candidate fit andsatisfaction

    Client Relationship Management:
    Collaborate with the client success team to understand client needsand requirements. Provide regular updatesto clients on candidate sourcing and recruitment progress.

    Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactionsinterview outcomes and hiring metrics. Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment performance andidentify areas forimprovement
