    Description

    Market Research Analyst:

    • Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry standard primary research methods.
    • Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through various channels like insights, job boards etc.
    • Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan.
    • Analyse the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query.
    • Report the findings in the form of a structured framework.
    • Partner with talent team for all new engagements and be the provide consulting.
    • Good understanding of Talent market and trends.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years' experience in market research.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
