    Description

    Position Overview: As a Business Product Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business objectives and technological capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will take on the responsibilities of a program manager, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.


    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.


    • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


    • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.


    • Drive the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.


    • Actively participate in product testing, quality assurance, and release management processes to ensure product excellence.


    • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.


    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.


    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, key milestones, and resource requirements.


    • Continuously evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


    • Proven experience of minimum 5years working as a product manager, program manager, or related role in a technology-driven environment.


    • Strong understanding of technology applications, including software development methodologies, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.


    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies.


    • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.


    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


    • Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.


    • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.


    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
