As an integral part of the team, the person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying avenues for expansion.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, fostering enduring relationships.
    • Cultivate and sustain robust client connections, nurturing trust and loyalty.
    • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements, maximizing profitability.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Communicate project progress transparently to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth within the existing client base.
    • Track and forecast key account metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status to guide future strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.
    • Provide support for challenging client requests or escalations as required.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in Account Management or related roles.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office suite.
    • Experience delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
    • Strong multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
