    On CoinSwitch, users can invest in Crypto with a few simple taps, either as a one-time purchase or in regular intervals through an SIP.

    What you will do :
    Collaborate with the leadership to develop and refine business strategies based on financial insights and market trends.
    Conduct comprehensive P&L analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
    Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the founder and leadership team.
    Analyze operational data to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
    Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
    Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on special projects as required by the founder.


    What you should have :
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
    Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
    Proficiency in project management tools
